Phone in China, Google elsewhere

Mainland China numbers can register/sign in with SMS. Everyone else uses Google SSO. No email/password signup. Not Cloud GA.

Unified sign-in for visitors outside mainland China. First login creates a trial account.

Google client is not configured. Set CALFSEC_GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID and SECRET in server env. Do not commit them.

Mainland China 11-digit mobiles only. A new number creates an operator with 1 trial quota. /v1/me never returns api_key.

SMS is not configured. Locally set CALFSEC_SMS_DEV=1. In production put Aliyun SMS keys in server env — do not commit them.
